Serendipity (A Bridal Concierge/ Full-Service Planning)

For the bride who wants us to handle all of the details, our Serendipity package is our all-inclusive option. Let us coordinate your entire event from start to finish. Our wedding specialists will guide you through each step of the decision-making process from the initial consultation to vendor selections and itinerary planning to hotel arrangements. Most importantly, we will ensure that your vision of this special day becomes a reality. The bride will even have her own wedding day assistant assigned to her for the entire event. • Assist you in creating a wedding design unique to your style and budget
• Attend appointments to select venue for ceremony, reception and bridal gown shopping
• Attend the tasting for food and cake selection
• Coordinate appointments  to meet several vendors for your selection of service
• Assist with choosing save the date cards, invitations, favors and accessories
• Set up appointments and/or attend appointments with vendors and evaluate vendor proposals
• Help you understand costs and services timelines
• Schedule timeline for vendor payment
• Oversee entire wedding day and attend (preparation, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception)
• Wedding day itinerary and schedules to be distributed prior to the day of the wedding to the vendors
• Work with vendors day of to ensure all is running smoothly
• Attend to the bridal party
• Attend to the groom
• Bridal Suite Set Up/Night of the wedding( if in same location)

The Dove Celebration (Partial Planning Service)

Celebrate your special day and create your own dream event, to include a combination of our wedding services or expanding into additional services. We would enjoy the opportunity to make your planning as stress-free as possible. This service takes the stress of planning your event off your shoulders, once you have found the venue so that you can be a guest at your own event. Our partial planning service includes:

An Angelic Celebration (Rehearsal and Wedding Day Planner)

This is the perfect service for those couples who have done all the work of planning their day but need a wedding coordinator to oversee all the details on the wedding day.  We orchestrate “day of” activities so you can be a guest and not a host on your wedding day. We can coordinate all the activity you’ve planned and work behind the scenes to make sure that everything goes smoothly. ( This service does not include planning services)

• 2-hour meeting with the bride and groom before the wedding to review details
• 2 hour rehearsal day coordination
• 8-hour coordination between ceremony/reception
• Contact vendors prior to the wedding day
• Wedding day itinerary and schedules to be distributed prior to the day of the wedding to the vendors
• Attend your rehearsal for ceremony coordination
• Attendance during ceremony and reception to ensure all runs smoothly  

27 Miracles Day of Celebration( Wedding Ceremony Planner)

This is the service for the Bride and Groom that would like their ceremony only coordinated.  Additional services can be added to this service to
upgrade and fit specific needs

2-hour meeting with the bride and groom before the wedding to review details

3-hour coordination in the ceremony

Initial Consultation Services

27 Miracles offers a complimentary one-hour phone consultation to introduce who 27 Miracles is, explain the services that we offer and how we may be able to assist you.  During this initial phone consultation, there is no planning or coordination of services.
